Now that your resume has passed through the 10 seconds review, are you ready to talk about all that you can offer with the interviewer? Should there be a difference in how you prepare and approach a phone interview versus an in-person interview?

We know that preparing for an interview can be one of the most stressful situations other than being interviewed by a complete stranger sitting right in front of you. For that reason, we are here to help guide and coach you through this process. We offer coaching services from how to plan and prepare to ace all types of interviews whether they are phone screens or the many rounds of in-person interviews one may go through.

Again, our focused job categories of coaching are limited to Accounting/ Finance, Administrative/ Clerical, Education/ Training, Human Resources, Manufacturing/ Production/ Operations, Marketing/ Product Management and Sales/ Retail/ Business Development.

The Process

In order to best coach you for the interview, you will need to provide us with a copy of your current resume. Please be sure to include only your official work titles, the length of employment at each company and job duties performed. Once we receive your request, we will email you with a preliminary questionnaire to start the process and schedule time on the calendar for an online coaching session. To fully prepare you for the interview, please be sure to send us your interview coaching request no later than 3 full days.

Note:

ALL other info such as personal and companies´ information should be removed. Since this is a coaching service, we will be using your resume only as a reference to prepare you for the interview. We will NOT provide any modifications to your resume since we have a separate service for Resume Writing/ Editing.
